Little more than 13 months have passed since the conclusion of this reflection and that group called Mexican theater has not lowered its guard for a single day. I use a term of war to refer to this fight against the immobility and mental confinement that the pandemic has meant, which closed the theaters without a plan or strategy to creatively and communally resolve the call for confinement and the hypnotic slogan: “stay in house”, which reached mythical proportions. The epidemiological red light reached the entire country and paralyzed stage activities, because its practice represented one of the greatest risks for a form of contagion that offered many uncertainties about its spread. Neither scientists nor medical personnel were able to say the last word about the multiple ways the virus spread.
