Several months have passed since the covid-19 pandemic impacted the world, marking the history of humanity like never before in recent years. Like almost all wide-ranging events that humanity has experienced, the effects will gradually be assimilated as well as the actions, which from different positions, will be taken to face these scenarios. Despite this unfortunate environment, the National Autonomous University of Mexico from the first moments that this health crisis arose and, throughout these months, has contributed, in different ways, to counteract this public health problem, already from the disciplines of the own scientific field or of the sciences and humanities. In some cases, from the laboratories to directly experiment and study the virus, but also from the reflection and study of the impacts on daily life that the pandemic brought and how the dynamics of social life must be reconfigured in all areas.
