Over the years, migration has become a phenomenon that has only been viewed from a partial perspective to the imperative need for adequate regulation; this human quality has granted States the role of “receivers”. Mexico, in terms of migration, lacks the resources needed to satisfy the needs of these vulnerable groups, but it appeals to its Humanitarian Right, making an effort to do so by providing these groups with opportunities, employment among them. The question is whether these actions truly bring a benefit or if they represent a step forward and two steps backward, the goal of concentrating such individuals involves guaranteeing the protection of their Human Rights, a situation that is violated every single day in our country. Regarding about the laboral topic, the migratory population is a red point of vunerability in México, however, there are associations and institutions aimed at asististing the State in correcting this vulnerability.
