Abstract

The objective of this article is to know the language and discourse, with the purpose of constructing legal statements established in the location by edicts in the indirect protection trial, starting from its doctrinal vision to its classification; determine if there is agreement between the classification analyzed and the content of said statements and warn of possible deficiencies in the Mexican legal system.

For the above, this speaker will start from the empirical method, which is born from the experience acquired in the jurisdictional function both in district courts and in collegiate circuit courts, with the purpose of contributing and improving the administration of justice in our country.
